James Weber is a Managing Director at Innovation Shareholder Strategies.  His career began in project finance, debt capital markets and private equity in 2006.  In 2012 James founded August International Capital, an advisory which specializes in fund development, capital formation, and global strategy for global banks and investors.   

 

James holds an MBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and California Polytechnic State University.  He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access capital markets through thoughtful structuring, and about helping teams achieve their goals through insightful incentives alignment.
